Destiny's Child Instagram Account Sparks Reunion Speculation

ETOnline.com:
Destiny's Child is back -- kind of!

The girl band launched an official account on Instagram, sending fans into a tailspin, and hoping for a reunion.

The verified account, which is managed by Legacy Recordings, was actually created last week -- posting its first photo on Oct. 21 -- but picked up steam after the Destiny's Child Twitter account pointed to the new Instagram on Thursday.

Destiny's Child first formed in 1997 with Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland, LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett -- who previously performed together under the name Girl's Tyme. The group went on to release several No. 1 singles, including "Bills, Bills, Bills" and "Say My Name," before Luckett and Roberson left the group and were replaced by Michelle Williams and Farrah Franklin. Franklin made her exit in 2000, leaving the group as they're best known: the trio of Beyoncé, Rowland and Williams.

The trio continued to release hit after hit -- including "Bootylicious" and "Survivor" -- over the course of the next few years, before disbanding in 2006.

With the newly released Instagram, fans have understandably lost their minds, with many speculating that the group may be reuniting for its upcoming 20th anniversary.
