Sacramento is one of the top spring allergy cities in the United States and those suffering with allergies may feel like they need to stay inside all day instead of enjoying the outdoors but they explain why you no longer need to stay behind closed doors this season.
As a long-time BGCA National Ambassador, Kelly knows that for many BGCA members, time spent at a Club is one of their best opportunities to get outside and get active.
