Beyoncé Knowles Responds To Those Divorce Rumors on Instagram

TIME.com:
Question: How do you know if a Beyoncé rumor is worth talking about? Answer: If she decides to address it in her own special Beyoncé way — with some not-so-subtle Instagram PR a la Solange-gate. A recent blind item suggested the pop star and husband Jay Z are going to end their marriage once their joint On the Run tour wraps up, and the news has sent some Internet dwellers into a bit of a tizzy. Sure, Beyoncé and Jay Z divorce rumors happen all the time, often for no real reason — but some are taking this rumor more seriously because it comes from the same source that called the Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes divorce.

Of course, the fact that Beyoncé posted a picture of happy family time on social media doesn’t make it true — she responded to pregnancy rumors with a Tumblr post and a glass of wine, and Blue Ivy Carter is still an only child as far as we know (assuming you believe she gave birth to Blue in the first place). It just means that, were Beyoncé’s gossip troubles ever canonized, this week’s news would certainly make the List of Beyoncé Scandals page Wikipedia, which somehow does not exist yet. Get on it, #BeyHive.

The trio returned to Sapp's home where Franklin appeared intoxicated and went to the bathroom several times. Beyoncé and Jay Z's 'On the Run' HBO special to air Sept. 20

LATimes.com:
Beyoncé and Jay Z’s HBO concert special will debut Sept. 20.

HBO previously announced it would tape a pair of shows from the superstar couple’s On the Run summer stadium tour.

The special will be taped during their shows in Paris on Sept. 12 and 13 at Stade de France  -- the only international shows they’ve booked for the tour-- and will feature more than 40 songs.

“This is a major musical event that belongs on HBO,” Michael Lombardo, president of HBO programming, said in an earlier statement. “It’s going to be a night to remember.”

Despite a number of joint hits documenting their love over the last dozen or so years -- “Crazy in Love,” “ '03 Bonnie & Clyde” and “Drunk in Love,” to name a few -- and countless performances together, the pair had yet to tour together.

Last summer, Jay Z used HBO to debut "Picasso Baby: A Performance Art Film" built around his hit album "Magna Carta Holy Grail."

Farrah Franklin, a former member of Beyoncé's early group Destiny's Child, was arrested Sunday morning for disorderly conduct in Conway, South Carolina, police reports say.

Franklin, 33, was with the group for five months in 2000 before exiting.
The group claimed Franklin missed several events and that they were forced to ask her to leave. MTV confirmed that Franklin had missed at least one recent performance around that time. Franklin later told E! that "I felt like I was losing my identity … I just couldn't handle the situation … I had to leave."

Franklin was booked around 5 a.m. EST Sunday and released shortly after noon the same day, according to the Horry County Sheriff's Office.

Hours before the arrest, she posted a picture of herself on the beach to Instagram.
Franklin later posted the image below, adding, "I'm good just hate the dumb media sometimes, but hey this is the job I signed up for. So I respect it."
