Much like her elaborate performances, the "Flawless" singer doesn’t disappoint when she’s out on the town. Beyonce, 33, donned a skintight floral Dolce & Gabbana dress that hugged her curves and showed off some serious cleavage on Monday, July 27.

The star topped off the look with a classic white blazer, strappy nude sandals, and a nude, polished, exposed-seam Dannijo "Lypton" handbag. The stunning songstress kept her makeup natural and wore her hair in breezy, blonde curls, parted on the side.

Bey was accompanied by her husband of seven years, Jay Z — dressed much more casually in a gray T-shirt and light jeans — for a romantic date night in NYC.

The couple — who have been spending a lot of quality time together, including an incognito appearance at a U2 concert on Friday, July 24 — has much to celebrate as Beyonce is nominated for five awards at the MTV VMAs, which airs on Sunday, Aug. 30.

Kelly Rowland To Start Her Own Show To Find The Next Destiny’s Child

It has been revealed that Kelly Rowland will soon be looking for the next Destiny’s Child in a new reality TV show called Chasing Destiny.

The former Destiny’s Child member has previous experience as a reality TV judge after appearing on both the UK and US versions of the X Factor so this should put her in good stead for her own show. Kelly has also expressed her personal desire to help improve pop music.

She said: "I think each generation should be better than the last, and I really want to put together a group. I feel there's one just out there waiting to be discovered, and I want to be the one to do it.

"There were the Supremes, there was En Vogue, there was Destiny's Child - each generation has had a group to grow with them, and I want that for this next generation."

She went on to reveal that it was her former Destiny’s Child band mates that encouraged her to take on this project and she wants to instil the same feeling of sisterhood that the group enjoyed during their time together.

The singer, 34, wore a pair of tight denim shorts with the 'Bey Good' charity T-shirt as she held her eight-month-old son Titan in her arms during the outing.

The lovely lady no doubt misses her pal who she has been close to since they were children and formed the band Destiny's Child.  

She wore the casual top - designed as part of Beyonce's charity movement, which raises funds for sick and disadvantaged children in Haiti - while she shopped with a close pal, as she held a well-behaved Titan in her arms.

Like her former groupmates, Williams has basically been performing her whole life. She showcased her talent singing hymns at her church and gospel groups as a kid. However, Williams briefly decided to pursue a career in criminal justice before dedicating herself full-time to singing.

The singer joined Destiny’s Child as a replacement member in 2000. LeToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson split after money-related turmoil. Williams and Farrah Franklin made their announcement as official Destiny’s Child members with their appearance in the “Say My Name” video. Franklin was dropped after five months of being absent, so Williams, Kelly Rowland and Beyonce became the final trio and most famous lineup. They went on to release the quadruple platinum-selling LP Survivor, a gold-selling Christmas album and the triple platinum release Destiny:Fulfilled, their final project.

Beyonce would become the Beyonce we all worship with 2003′s “Crazy in Love.” Kelly Rowland found her success, too, with singles like the Nelly collaboration “Dilemma” and “Motivation.” Williams went the less secular route; Heart of Love, her first solo album, was a contemporary gospel album. The debut and her following four albums failed to go gold. It was struggles like that and supposedly getting shaded in multiple Destiny’s Child pictures that led to the #PoorMichelle trending topic.

Williams has actually been doing well, though. She starred in the Tony-nominated musical Fela! and recently performed for the First Family at the White House.

Beyonce, Taylor Swift, and Ed Sheeran swept the nominations for the MTV 2015 VMA Awards, which were announced this week. Beyonce and Ed Sheeran garnered three nominations each, including the coveted video of the year. Swift leads the pack with nine nods.

Beyonce is up for five moon men, including Video of the Year, Female Video, and Best Pop Video for “7/11.” For Video of the Year, she’s up against Ed Sheeran, Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars for “Uptown Funk,” and Taylor Swift for “Bad Blood.”

Depending on the outcome of the night, Beyonce might be the singer with the most VMA awards ever. She’s currently outranked by only Madonna, who has just one more VMA than Beyonce – and the 2015 awards might be the tipping point. Madonna was snubbed in this year’s nominations – a fact that has been blowing up social media since they were announced, reports MTV.

Beyonce Knowles To Work With Bone Thugs-N-Harmony?

While she's been styling and strutting IRL and on Instagram, Beyoncé has been quiet on the music front. Is she working on a new album on the low? Artists, from Future, Mike Will Made-It to Bone Thugs N-Harmony, have hinted at collaborating with Beyoncé with Instagram photos and press interviews. Whether it's to "continue to be creative and make songs" (as Future said) or to create a follow-up to her 2013 self-titled album, we'll take it. We did some digging, and below is everything we've gathered about new music from Beyoncé. (And, we'll be sure ot update if more hints are dropped.)

During his interview with Power 105's Breakfast Club this week, Future mentioned that he was at Jay Z's "crib," "actually working with Bey'."

Producer Deputy told That Grape Juice that he's working with a handful of U.K. and U.S. artists, and one of the artists he mentioned was Beyoncé. He continued to say that he recorded song, sent it to Bey' and "she liked it."

D.R.A.M. -- who stole Bey's heart with his catchy hit "Cha Cha"-- was seen in the studio with her on July 9.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's Bizzy Bone took to Instagram to alert fans that "Beyoncé wanna work with the band."
