Beyonce, Taylor Swift, and Ed Sheeran swept the nominations for the MTV
2015 VMA Awards, which were announced this week. Beyonce and Ed Sheeran
garnered three nominations each, including the coveted video of the
year. Swift leads the pack with nine nods.
Beyonce is up
for five moon men, including Video of the Year, Female Video, and Best
Pop Video for “7/11.” For Video of the Year, she’s up against Ed
Sheeran, Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars for “Uptown Funk,” and Taylor Swift
for “Bad Blood.”
Depending on the outcome of the night, Beyonce might be the singer with the most VMA awards ever.
She’s currently outranked by only Madonna, who has just one more VMA
than Beyonce – and the 2015 awards might be the tipping point. Madonna
was snubbed in this year’s nominations – a fact that has been blowing up
social media since they were announced, reports MTV.

stupidity at the 2009 VMAs, so this has come as a real shock,” according
to an insider.
So now, Bey doesn’t want to have all her eggs in a musical basket, and wants to focus on her acting career. And guess what?
“She’s willing to go nude for the right part too!” a source says. Is this the right career move for the A-lister?

While she's been styling and strutting IRL and on Instagram, Beyoncé has been quiet on the music front. Is she working on a new album on the low? Artists, from Future, Mike Will Made-It to Bone Thugs N-Harmony,
have hinted at collaborating with Beyoncé with Instagram photos and
press interviews. Whether it's to "continue to be creative and make
songs" (as Future said) or to create a follow-up to her 2013 self-titled

During his interview with Power 105's Breakfast Club this week, Future
mentioned that he was at Jay Z's "crib," "actually working with Bey'."
Producer Deputy told That Grape Juice
that he's working with a handful of U.K. and U.S. artists, and one of
the artists he mentioned was Beyoncé. He continued to say that he
recorded song, sent it to Bey' and "she liked it."
D.R.A.M. -- who stole Bey's heart with his catchy hit "Cha Cha"-- was seen in the studio with her on July 9.
Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's Bizzy Bone took to Instagram to alert fans that "Beyoncé wanna work with the band."

Looks like summer is the season for rekindling romance, or at least it may be for OKC
star Kevin Durant and R&B singer LeToya Luckett. The two (alleged)
former lovers were spotted hanging out with a group of friends at
Disneyland this past weekend, leaving us all wondering if they have
secretly become an item again.
Rumors began buzzing that the two were a couple back in summer 2012
when they were spotted having a “romantic” dinner together. While LeToya
claimed that the dinner was harmless and that she simply saw KD at a
restaurant and stopped by his table to say “hello”, we couldn’t help but
notice that she was coincidentally spotted in London while KD played
there in the Olympics a month later. Furthermore, KD’s best friend,
Cliff Dixon, has a role in LeToya’s new movie, Lucky Girl.
Interesting.
We would definitely be here for a romance between these two.
Still, it’s also quite possible that this could just simply be a
platonic situation. Just a few months ago, LeToya went public with a
romance with producer Jo Blaq.
But hey, never say never.

Forget about the fact that this lady has one of the coolest jobs in the world, Beyoncé's personal assistant, Sam Greenberg, knows a thing or two about the world of fashion.
Queen Bey's right-hand lady opened up to Vogue.com about how she says effortlessly chic on the clock, and why sometimes function does take precedence over fashion.
"It
is always fun to play dress-up, because on shoots especially there are
always great things," she dished, before adding, "I think that in this
job it is about looking clean and looking cool, and not trying to be
much in the spotlight because that isn't why you're there. It is also
about representing whom you work for."
Greenberg dished that "it is a cool experience to learn from
[Beyoncé] and curate my taste along with hers because she is quite the
style icon." You can say that again!
And traipsing around the
globe alongside one of the world's most famous singers means that
Greenberg has to keep up with the hectic, non-stop pace.
"I
definitely don't wear heels most of the time, because I'm always on my
feet and running around. I try to stick to really cool flats and
sneakers…Especially being in New York City, it's nice to have something
comfortable," she explained.
