Michelle Williams and LeToya Luckett had onlookers "Jumpin', Jumpin'" when they staged a Destiny's Child meetup on the red carpet at the BET Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 29.
Though they were never in the group at the same time, Williams and Luckett both have the distinct honor of being former Destiny's Children. Williams, 33, famously replaced Luckett and former DC star LaTavia Roberson in 2000.
The two women were edged out of the group in favor of Williams and singer Farrah Franklin, who had a short-lived stint with Destiny's Child. Franklin was a part of the R&B band for just five months, before Destiny's Child emerged as its final lineup of Williams, Beyonce, and Kelly Rowland.
While the shake-up could've led to tension between the stars, Luckett, 33, has stayed friendly with Williams. She appeared in the music video to Williams' 2013 single "If We Had Your Eyes" and said of her relationship with the solo artist in 2013, "We love each other. We support each other and we genuinely mean it."
Both performers looked gorgeous at the awards show. Williams wore a body-hugging teal gown with cutouts by Olcay Gulsen, while Luckett turned heads in a stunning black dress by SEN Couture.
